Returns or exchanges
If you buy a woom product and are not 100% satisfied with it, or if you didn't order the right size, you can send it back to us within the EU free of charge within 30 days.
If your bike doesn't fit, we will exchange it for a different size free of charge. We will organise the return pick-up and cover all shipping costs, even if you have already used the bike.
And if our bike doesn't meet your expectations we will also take it back, even if you've already used it. We will organise and pay for the return shipping costs and give you a full refund on the purchase price.
Neither our 30 day money-back guarantee nor our return slip are required to exercise your right of withdrawal. Using either does not restrict your right of withdrawal in any way.
Pack the product in its original packaging according to the packing instructions which you can find on the back of the return slip and put the return slip into the box. Clothing items can only be returned if they are unworn and if the price label is still attached.
Place the return sticker, which you will receive via e-mail from our customer service, on the outside of the parcel and drop off your parcel at the closest GLS shop.
After receiving and checking your package, we will refund the full amount via the payment method you chose for purchasing the product.
We offer a two-year warranty on all our products. This also includes the frame and all installed parts of our woom bikes but does not cover damage due to falls or accidents. Please send us a picture of the defect and we'll help you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
