Returns or Exchanges
Do you want to return your woom product?
- Report the return to our customer service at email@example.com or via phone +43 (0) 2243 23923.
- Pack the product in it's original packaging according to the packing instructions which you can find on the back and put the return form into the box. Clothing items need to be returned unworn.
- Place the GLS-Shop-Return sticker, which you will receive via e-mail after contacting the customer service, on the outside of the package and return your parcel to the closest GLS Shop.
- After receiving and checking your package, we will refund the paid amount to your chosen payment method.
